Mr. & Mrs. John Chance

I am so sad that our big day has come and gone but I had two GREAT photographers and their pictures were absolutely wonderful. I will cherish these pictures forever and they will help me remember our fabulous day!
If you would like to view the pictures you can go to http://www.kdphotography.squarespace.com/ to see Kenda's pictures of the rehearsal, the bridal luncheon and the bridal party getting ready before the wedding.
You can also see Cris Duncan's wedding photos at http://www.cjduncan.com/ go to clients and you can view pictures from the ceremony and reception.

Thank you to all our friends and family who made our day so special.

Grand Opening of Keith's Bar The Office

I'm sorry but some of these pictures came out way to dark and fuzzy, or maybe we were just that fuzzy especially after that drink Kenda ordered for the girls.
So here we are at Keith's Grand Opening of his new location for his bar The Office. I thought we were just meeting Adam and Amy but when we got there Kenda and Hays were there then Jamie and her hubby showed up and Britta showed up too after her raquetball tournament - ha ha! Anyway it was a great night. I hadn't laughed that hard in a long time. Who new we were all such GREAT singers and that Amy REALLY wanted to be a Cowboy!
Here is Jamie praising the lord!

This a really good picture of everyone. Doesn't Kenda's hair look great?
Adam showing us what a great singer he is.

Blaise in our new office

Last weekend John and I turned our spare bedroom into an office. As a bedroom it was really wasted space and we needed an office to help us get organized. Here is a picture of Blaise playing Sesame Street games on the computer. He looks so big playing on the computer.

Playing with Legos

I just had to share one of Blaise's creations. If you look closely Blaise managed to balance one of his Spiderman toys on top of his lego tower. It was pretty impressive that he got it all to balance without tipping over. Way to go Blaise.

Random Cowboy pictures

I never posted some of these pictures from a few of the Cowboy games I went to with John. Above is a picture of John with Steve Mosser and Matthias Gerlich. It was Steve's birthday that weekend. It turned out to be a perfect day to tailgate before the game.
John and I tailgating before the game.
This is a picture of our hotel room at the Omni. They were booked that weekend so we got an executive suite. We thought it was going to be a bigger /nicer room. It turned out to have a conference room attached to the bedroom. John and I thought it was hilarious and we invited Kim and Matthias up the next day for a board meeting.
Kim and I after the game.
Kim and I with the Washington Redskins Mascot.
More Redskin fans.
My Aunt Dora and Uncle Ed met us at our tailgate before the game.
I can't wait till next season!

Where is Blaise?

One morning when I was getting ready for work I heard Blaise calling me to come out into our bedroom. I walked in to see what he needed and this is what I saw on the bed, his pj's laying there as if he were in them. Blaise was hiding behind the bed and saying "Mom where's Blaise?" He is so funny!

Blaise & Landry

We got Landry back from training a couple of months ago and she came back a completely different dog. She stays outside when we are at work but comes in when we get home and even sleeps inside too. John had always said that he didn't want an inside dog but he was so impressed with her training that he decided it would be okay if she was inside as long as we are home. She is such a joy to have around.
So tired.

Blaise's 5th Birthday!

I can't believe my little angel has turned 5 years old. I now understand when people say that kids grow up so fast.
We had his birthday party at FUNOFAKIND and I have to say it was just that. There are so many games and toys for the kids (and adults) to play with. Blaise and everyone had a GREAT time!
If you can't tell from the first picture his birthday theme was spiderman and his cake turned out awesome. BTW I know there are only 4 candles in the cake, the fifth candle was being lit and it was a small spiderman shaped candle.

Here is the birthday boy inside one of the trampolines shooting some spiderman webs.

Everyone enjoying pizza and cake.

Blaise got so many great presents. Thanks to everyone for a great 5th birthday.

Here are a few pictures from this weekend when John and I took Blaise to the Tech Football Game! We had a great time especially since Tech beat UTEP! You can't see John in this picture but both he and Blaise had their hats on backwards and they looked so cute, now if can only get John to wear the black eye paint - Ha Ha!

Blaise's first day of Pre-K

Blaise started Pre-K today! He is growing up so fast. He did so well I actually was the one that needed comforting.
Here he is outside his classroom - the Fantastic Four's.

Paws in Prison

We have been looking for a trainer to help us with training Blaise's puppy, Landry. We found out about a program called Paws in Prison located in Littlefield at the Bill Clayton Detention Center. Landry will be there for the next 8 - 10 weeks. It was very sad to leave her there but I am excited to see what she has learned. In Blaise's first day of school he drew a picture of Landry so I guess he misses her too. We love you Landry and can't wait till you come home!

Isn't she a beautiful puppy? Blaise loves her so much and she is so protective of him. Yes that is Blaise riding her.

Cattle Baron's Ball

Just a few pics from the 2007 Cattle Baron's Ball. Unfortunately because of the rain they had to move it from the V8 Ranch to the Fairgrounds but we made the most of it. We waited all night to see Element play and as usual they were awesome!

The girls
If I get a chance I will sing the song we made up on the bus ride back to City Bank, it was a huge hit. All I can say is sorry Spencer.

Thank You!

A huge Thank You goes out to my good friend Virginia! She helped John out when he was planning my perfect vacation ending. John did the planning but I need to thank Virginia for all that she did to help. Here are some pics from our visit to her house in Allen the day after John asked me the big question!
Here is Virginia with her beautiful daughter Julia. She is such a cutie and so polite. Her little boy Thomas Morgan is in the background. He is sooooo cute too and friendly. He really liked John.
Here is Julia posing next to the doll house that I gave her when she was born, wow how time flies. She is posing with one of her favorite doggie toys but I can't remember it's name - sorry Julia.
Here is Thomas Morgan and Blaise playing cars. Look at those great smiles! Blaise can't wait to go back to play with all of the great toys. They played so well together.

The PERFECT vacation with a PERFECT ending!

Here is a brief recap of how my week long vacation went.
We started our week in Las Vegas and had the best time ever. John and I went with Jennifer, Eric, Kim, Matthias and Courtney. Of course I don't have any pictures from out trip but you can see how much fun we had if you go to Jennifer, Kim or Courtney's blogs. My favorite memories from the trip are hanging out at the Cabana and doing our exercise routine for everyone. John and I drinking 32 oz. Bloody Mary's all day by the pool. Kim and I dancing our asses off at Revolution and staying up till 3:30 the first night. Going to the club Jet and dancing on stage with Courtney and then staying up till 4:30 the second night. BTW Courtney how many shots did we take that night? And why did they all taste the same but everytime we asked the waitress what we were taking they named a different drink? Vegas was a blast and I don't think I have laughed that hard in a long time.
We headed back home on Wednesday and on Thursday John, Blaise and I drove to Dallas. When we got to Dallas we went to watch the Dallas Cowboys beat the Colts. This was Blaise's first pro football game and he had such a great time. He kept yelling touchdown when there really wasn't one and it made everyone laugh. Jake came along with us and of course Blaise was cracking him up too. After the game we called it a night.
When we woke up on Saturday this is the order of events:
Dallas World Aquarium
Za Spa at Hotel ZaZa
Shopping for a new outfit
Dinner Reservations at Il Sole
Omni Hotel Pool
I want to give you all the specifics the next time I see or talk to you but I will say that EVERYTHING on Saturday was a complete surprise and it was an
ABSOLUTELY perfect day!

The Cowboy Game. We had great seats in the stadium but at half time we went up to the sweet suite.

Outside the Dallas World Aquarium.

Dinner Reservations at Il Sole.

Checking into the Omni Hotel. What cute guys.

Oh, and of course

I said YES!

Thank you John for all that you did. Blaise and I love you so much!
