Blaise's 1st Day of Kindergarten

I can't believe Blaise is in Kindergarten! I think this day was harder for me because Blaise did great. I of course cried and I kept telling John "let's go back and check on him". Anyway he is doing great and loves his teacher and school. I am so proud of him.

Bryan's Graduation Party

My cousin Bryan graduated from Tech this weekend and had a graduation / moving party. He will be moving to California to train. We hate that he is moving so far away but we wish him the best of luck! (Dora I will send more pictures to your email address)

Dallas Trip

Sorry these are a little out of order but here are a few pictures from our trip to Dallas.

Here we are at the Ballpark in Arlington watching the Rangers against Toronto Blue Jays.

This is a cute pic of Blaise watching the game.

At the top level of the ballpark before the game started and in the background you can see the new Texas Stadium being built. That place is massive!

After swimming we all went out for pizza. Here is Blaise with Virginia's little ones, Julia and Morgan. Unfortunately Max and Ava had just left so they weren't in this picture.
We also went to the Fort Worth Zoo because it is one of our favorite places to visit. Look how close Blaise is to this gorilla! Even though it was a very hot day the animals were out and so active. It was a great day!

Now up to bat - BLAISE DOMINGO BENTANCOURT! This was Blaise's first year to play t-ball and he had a great season. He hit a home run at his first game! We can't wait till next year.

Cooper West School T-Shirt

When I registered Blaise for school they told me about school t-shirts that the kids can wear during the week and especially on Fridays. When I got home I got on the website and was looking at the different types of shirts that I could order. Blaise saw this shirt and said that he wanted this one because it looked like a rock n roll t-shirt. I love that he wanted a rock n roll shirt or that he even related it to rock n roll. I also have to agree with him - it does look a like a rock n roll shirt. Blaise you are so smart and cool!

My baby is growing up way to fast!

I can't believe Blaise is going to be starting kindergarten next month! He will be attending the new Cooper West Elementary and he is so excited. He also loves that the mascot is a pirate because he loves to talk like a pirate. I am excited for him but I just can't believe that he is growing up so fast. I love this picture of him at two years old with a back pack on and at the time that I took this picture the thought of him attending school full time seemed so far away.

Grand Opening of Keith's Bar The Office

I'm sorry but some of these pictures came out way to dark and fuzzy, or maybe we were just that fuzzy especially after that drink Kenda ordered for the girls.

So here we are at Keith's Grand Opening of his new location for his bar The Office. I thought we were just meeting Adam and Amy but when we got there Kenda and Hays were there then Jamie and her hubby showed up and Britta showed up too after her raquetball tournament - ha ha! Anyway it was a great night. I hadn't laughed that hard in a long time. Who new we were all such GREAT singers and that Amy REALLY wanted to be a Cowboy!

Blaise in our new office

Last weekend John and I turned our spare bedroom into an office. As a bedroom it was really wasted space and we needed an office to help us get organized. Here is a picture of Blaise playing Sesame Street games on the computer. He looks so big playing on the computer.

Playing with Legos

I just had to share one of Blaise's creations. If you look closely Blaise managed to balance one of his Spiderman toys on top of his lego tower. It was pretty impressive that he got it all to balance without tipping over. Way to go Blaise.

Random Cowboy pictures

I never posted some of these pictures from a few of the Cowboy games I went to with John. Above is a picture of John with Steve Mosser and Matthias Gerlich. It was Steve's birthday that weekend. It turned out to be a perfect day to tailgate before the game.

This is a picture of our hotel room at the Omni. They were booked that weekend so we got an executive suite. We thought it was going to be a bigger /nicer room. It turned out to have a conference room attached to the bedroom. John and I thought it was hilarious and we invited Kim and Matthias up the next day for a board meeting.
